The parameters used depend on the specific market framework and the prospects of the hotel market movement, which are identified at that time as the most expected. Although there are different levels of impact on the value of hotel real estate, depending on the dynamics of recovery in the short and medium term, it in the worst case scenario falls by up to 37%.
