Also reportedly considering Miami, TCU and Oklahoma, Hurts’ impending decision is the biggest storyline of the offseason in college football; whoever signs him will get an immediately eligible quarterback known for his bulldozing running ability and his 27-2 record as a starter.Hurts is expected to decide on his next stop quickly, in order to enroll at his new school in time for the start of the second semester, Jan. 28 if he chooses Maryland. He and Locksley share a familial relationship, a source told IMS.“He’s super comfortable around [Locksley].
